How does the deposit work?
A deposit secures your date and time slot, based on your vehicle's condition. It comes straight off your final total — it's a reservation, not an extra fee. The remaining balance is due on completion, paid by cash, bank transfer, or card.
Why do prices vary instead of being fixed?
Pricing reflects your vehicle's actual condition, not just its class — a well-maintained sedan and a heavily soiled one aren't the same job. This keeps pricing fair to everyone rather than everyone paying an inflated flat rate to cover worst-case vehicles.
What do you need from me on the day?
Access to a standard power outlet on-site for our equipment — we bring our own products and backup water, so that's the one thing we can't supply ourselves.
Do you travel outside Kingston & St. Andrew?
Yes — Kingston, St. Andrew, and Portmore at standard pricing. St. Catherine and St. Thomas are served too, with a travel surcharge confirmed at booking, never a surprise on the day.
What if there's already damage on my vehicle?
Every job is photographed before and after. Any pre-existing damage is noted and pointed out to you before work begins — so there's never any ambiguity about what was already there.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Your deposit is refundable with 24+ hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, since that slot could have gone to another client.
